WHEN and WHERE?
For ACICV Reunion 2011, May 15 – 19, , our base camp will be Hotel
Provincial. Here Southern charm combines with modern amenities in the heart of the historic French Quarter. Within walking distance - Jackson Square, the French Market, the Cabildo, and many others. Airport shuttle and continental breakfast included.

Board Meeting – At the call of the President
Sunday – Check-in, informal reception, Hospitality Room
Monday – World War II Museum Tour
Tuesday – Free Day, See Suggested Tours
Wednesday – Membership Meeting, Closing Dinner
Thursday – Reunion is over for another year

The National World War II Museum, so designated by Congress, is our Monday morning destination. Several films are available in addition to the permanent and changing exhibits. Take your time, transportation will be available.
Suggested Tours
1. French Quarter by Carriage – 1 half hour - $20, 1 hour $35
2. Harbor Cruise - $30, with Lunch - $40
3. Evening Cruise - $46, with Dinner - $75
4. Mardi Gras World - $20 (Where Mardi Gras Floats are built and stored)
5. New Orleans Pumping Station (Courtesy, Dick Lieweke) _ $ TBD
AND
Closing Dinner, a few steps away, at TUJAGUE’S,. Founded in 1856, TUJAGUE’S is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans and famous for beef brisket with horseradish sauce. Our bountiful buffet will include gumbo, boiled shrimp, crab and crawfish salad, beef brisket (of course), chicken and still more. The Cash Bar will be open before and after dinner.
AND
The Hospitality Room will be open from Sunday Noon until O Dark’Thirty on Wednesday night. Along with a sparkling array of back bar specials, wine, beer, soft drinks and a variety of snacks, the Bellini returns !! Again, volunteer bartenders are more than welcome
